| Hi,
I have just started a new company to manufacture Tall Fish Tanks. I use a fixing system to allow the use of thin 8mm glass or plastic so the price can be moderately OK. The idea is to make the tank an attractive piece of furniture first, and then make it good for the fish.
Cleaning will have to be done with a magnetic cleaner and a brush on the long access pole supplied.
It's at TallTanks dot com.
Thanks
Tim.
P.S. How do I advertise here?

| Well a big warm welcome to you Tim There is a section in classified section for tanks so you can post in there no problem! We also have forum friends which you will see further down the page - is it this you are talking about? getting your banner etc on? Your tank in the pic looks beautiful BTW, really unusual and a real talking point in any room i would imagine. How did you start your business? am fascinated how you came up with the idea for tanks in this design and how's it going? Its great to have other new small businesses on here as well as some big names - thats what we want on here - everyone being able to advertise together and support each other too! | |

| I have just started and it's hard because it seems I have to do everything. I have the skills to build the tank, to do the maths required but the production of websites and marketing are not exactly me.
I am trying to find some sort of Dragon's dem style partner. I don't even know how to do that.
The idea came from thinking that fish tanks as peices of furniture tend to be dark things in the corner of the room and are the wrong shape for a feature piec of furniture. You don't have a picture in a frame mounted low and long, why would you want your fish there? I know it's the easiest place for looking after them but from an interiour design point of view its poor, so here I am....

| Yes its very hard at the start isn't it? We are trying to muddle through with the website stuff at the minute ourselves (Terry from Fantastic Fish is my other half!) I think your tanks are a great idea - really stunning! and i really wish you all the best with your new business I was telling one of our customers about you last night - he is on the forum too! Have you got a facebook page sorted out for the business yet? Thats a good way to get 'out there' too! | |

| The tank is currently back in bits as I decieded to put the skinner/fall pipe within the furniture. When I have it rebuilt I will do my best to make the video. I will then attempt the face book thing....
Wish me luck!
P.S. just in case you were refering to a female 17 year old.....?
