how often do you carry out water changes on your aquariums

yeah i always do a daily water change on my fry tank i find it helps them grow that wee bit faster
my main tank a do once a week 50% change

Do it once a week i would do about 60/70L out of a 280L tank but the filter dos about 400L and the or one would do about 200L
